Eco-Friendly Green Color Water-based Coating Paper Straw

MVI ECOPACK water-based coating paper straw are made from sustainable, recyclable, and biodegradable materials. Lined with plant-based resin (NOT petroleum or plastic based). Our materials contain Paper and WBBC only. No glue, no additives, no processing aided chemicals, such as mineral oil lubricant is required in conventional paper straws manufacturing, are required.

We can provide 6mm/7mm/9mm/11mm water-based coating paper straws with different length, 150mm to 250mm is available. We can make flat/sharpened/spoon end on the paper straw according to customers’ request.

Our 7mm straw is similar dimension like old Mcdonlds plastic straws. that is good enough for normal drinks and smoothie. If for milk shake, 9S and 11S are the most suitable. But 9S is enough and size is smaller than 11S, one container can load more qty.

Also, we have 11D (double-layer structure), which is to deal with the problem of clogging the straw that may be caused by the pearls in the bubble tea. Because there are some tea shops that make pearls in lumps, it is easy to block the straw when you suck it in, so it will immediately cause negative pressure in the straw, and the straw will collapse. The single-layer structure of the straw is not able to respond to such pressure, so we designed the double-layer structure. Therefore, our 11D paper straw is mainly design for bubble tea.
